For several months now, anti-government protests have intensified - it is a reaction to controversial government regulations and statutory changes. The issue of pandemic decisions that are not publicly consulted, authoritarian actions in the media, social and judicial space.
Adam Lach documents these protests, as he admits: "There is a change happening in Poland, on the social, cultural, ideological or political level - I feel the obligation to document such strong reactions. Not so much the scale but their truthfulness causes my need to photograph and by building an archive of these important events. I had taken on a 3.5-year-long journey through Poland during which, together with Dyba Lach, my wife and co-author of a publication that ended this journey, we tried to get to know and understand the society we grew up from and live in.
