A photographic essay INSIDE/OUTSIDE during the great flood in 2010, near Sandomierz, opens a new perspective on knowledge and aesthetic. Sensory experience makes up an image forming a kind of semantic mark, and also a media icon.
The theme is the flood. In the modern, disenchanted world attack of this element does not evoke ritual behaviours, yet it situates participants between chaos and fear. He doesn’t show people. He does the opposite. He builds an image of an encompassing silence, strangely vague peace in a world of abstract, grotesque sculptural forms, the remains of human existence.
