Napo Images was founded in 2008 on the initiative of seven people: Filip Cwik, Maciej Jeziorek, Adam Lach, Wojciech Grzedzinski, Piotr  Malecki, Ewa Meissner and Monika Szewczyk.

Napo Images photographers are award-winning authors who share a passion for developing and promoting documentary photography. They focus on long-term projects, dealing with important social, cultural and political issues  Napo Images photographers document the problems of modern man and the world, paying special attention to the best form of transfer to their recipients. Mutual inspiration and going beyond the classic definition of a document and reportage result in publications in Polish and international press titles, awards and  exhibitions, both in Poland and abroad.

In 2008, the founders of Napo Images agency, brought to life Napo Foundation, whose main goal is to educate and support young photographic talents.
